They were charged with illicit gain offenses, procedural fraud and aggravated swindle as coauthors.<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s responsibility was demonstrated by the Office of the Attorney General as they deceived the State by taking advantage of the tragedy which plunged the country into mourning.
