Reparation of\u00a0 victims of Miguel Ram\u00f3n Posada Castillo, alias Ninguno or Rafa, as well as, of other 24 postulates \u201cpostulados\u201d of \u00a0Tom\u00e1s Guill\u00e9n Front &#8211; North Bloc, Pivijay group of the Self Defense Forces.<\/p>\n<p>About 8.000 victims were summoned to explain before the judges of Justice and peace about the injury caused by demobilized people, mainly, murders, enforced disappearance and displacement.<\/p>\n<p>These offenses were committed in municipalities such as Pivijay, Remolino, El Pi\u00f1\u00f3n, Cerro de San Antonio, Salamina, Sitio Nuevo, Concordia and Pedraza (Magdalena) from 1999 to march 2006 (date in which the Bloc demobilized).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week, a reparation incident will take place at the Justice and Peace Chamber of the High Court (Sala de Justicia y Paz del Tribunal Superior) in Barranquilla (Atl\u00e1ntico).
