Likewise, Oscar de Jes\u00fas Parra Garrido in Barranquilla (Atl\u00e1ntico) and Jos\u00e9 Ra\u00fal Tobar Ramos were arrested in Corinto (Cauca).<\/p>\n<p>The arrested people were brought before a judge (Guarantee Court) in Cali.\u00a0 Preventive detention orders with imprisonment were issued for aggravated drug trafficking, manufacture and drug possession offenses and aggravated criminal conspiracy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Office of the Attorney General arrested four members of a transnational network engaged in smuggling drugs from different cities of the country into Chile and Trinidad and Tobago.
