The operation is still in progress<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of \u201cBolsillos de Cristal\u201d* plan which was implemented by the Office of the Attorney General, members of Dijin (National Police) carried out different operations in Cartago (Valle del Cauca) in which 22 arrests warrants have been conducted. Five (5) of them were public servants of the mayor\u00b4s Office in the region (one of them is the current congressman of the Department) and seventeen (17) private individuals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cBolsillos de Cristal\u201d is a plan which was promoted by the Office of the Attorney General in Colombia in order to fight against corruption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Up to now, 5 former public servants and 17 private individuals have been arrested.
