Defendant pled guilty to participating in the murder of the regional director of the Legal Institute of Medicine (Instituto de Medicina Legal Regional Norte), Eduardo Enrique Pinto Viloria, which took place in May 4th.<\/p>\n<p>Decision was made by the 6<sup>th<\/sup> Specialized Circuit Court in Barranquilla who has jurisdiction over this matter (juez de conocimiento) after approving a plea agreement between the defendant and the Office of the Attorney General.
