Defendants pleaded guilty to participating in the murder of the regional director of the Legal Institute of Medicine which is based in the north area of the country (Instituto de Medicina Legal Regional Norte), Eduardo Enrique Pinto Viloria, which took place in May 4th.<\/p>\n<p>Decision was made by the Specialized Circuit Court in Pereira in Barranquilla (Atl\u00e1ntico) who has jurisdiction over this matter, after approving an agreement in which defendants pled guilty to aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, firearms possession for personal use and aggravated criminal conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Johan Enrique Beltr\u00e1n Ulloque, Jes\u00fas Guti\u00e9rrez Arrieta and Miguel Gonz\u00e1lez Reales were sentenced to 19 years and 2 months in prison after a preliminary agreement was carried out with the 18th Regional Prosecutor\u00b4s Office belonging to the so called unit \u201cUnidad de Vida\u201d.
