In the framework of a presentation of a study \u201cNarcomeudeo in Colombia, a transformation of criminal finances\u201d (\u201cNarcomenudeo en Colombia, una transformaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda criminal\u201d) made by the Planning Office, the Attorney General N\u00e9stor Humberto Mart\u00ednez Neira expressed his concern about the growth of\u00a0 this criminal phenomenon which is related to micro-trafficking.<\/p>\n

He pointed out the need of creating a comprehensive, coherent and severe criminal policy in order for efforts made by the Office of the Attorney Office concerning prosecution on this issue to be more effective and make possible to dismantle criminal organizations which have turned drugs market into a profitable criminal industry.<\/p>\n
