They were arrested in flagrante at <em>Las Delicias<\/em> neighborhood from the main city of <em>Norte de Santander.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As a result of a home search, 266 grams of cocaine, 16 grams of marijuana, 73 grams of hallucinogens and a digital scale were seized.
