{"id":35807,"date":"2016-08-29T11:02:48","date_gmt":"2016-08-29T16:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=35807"},"modified":"2016-09-02T18:02:34","modified_gmt":"2016-09-02T23:02:34","slug":"a-preventive-detention-order-was-issued-against-the-alleged-people-who-used-to-break-glasses-of-vehicles-in-order-to-steal-objects-in-the-north-area-of-bogota","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2016\/08\/29\/a-preventive-detention-order-was-issued-against-the-alleged-people-who-used-to-break-glasses-of-vehicles-in-order-to-steal-objects-in-the-north-area-of-bogota\/","title":{"rendered":"A preventive detention order was issued against the alleged people who used to break glasses of vehicles in order to steal objects in the north area of Bogot\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At the request of the Sectional Office of Prosecutor\u00b4s Offices in Bogot\u00e1, the 67<sup>th<\/sup> Criminal Court with supervisory functions \u201ccontrol de garant\u00edas\u201d ordered a preventive detention order with imprisonment against 6 people who allegedly attacked vehicles in the so called avenue \u201cAvenida Circunvalar\u201d in order to steal the occupants\u2019 belongings.<\/p>\n<p>Facts took place from January to May\/ 2016, between avenues 2<sup>nd<\/sup> and 7<sup>th<\/sup> and streets 32 and 72, north area of Bogot\u00e1 where defendants enclosed vehicles, broke their glasses and took people\u00b4s belongings by threating them with death.<\/p>\n<p>Defendants were identified as Felipe Andr\u00e9s Silva Forero, Jefferson Alex Caro Pinto, Eder Jofre Reyes Sandoval, Luis Reyes Ram\u00edrez Benavidez and Miguel \u00c1ngel Tovar Vaca.
