According to information provided by a human source it belonged to <em>Lucho Quintero<\/em> Company (<em>Manuel V\u00e1squez Casta\u00f1o<\/em> front) which works for the National Liberation Army (Ej\u00e9rcito de Liberaci\u00f3n Nacional ELN).<\/p>\n<p>Investigations allowed to establish that this illegal broadcasting station was operating since two years ago in an empty house by using a solar panel.
