As a result, he suffered a serious traumatic brain injury.<\/p>\n<p>A prosecutor belonging to an URI* located at the so called neighborhood Ciudad Bolivar began the respective investigation on body injuries. Likewise an interdisciplinary group was created. This group is composed of experts from different areas of criminology that will support this investigation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*URI (Unidades de Reacci\u00f3n Inmediata) These units offer constant service to public making easier the access to law enforcement.
