These were independent cases with different facts and independent hearings.<\/p>\n<p>Detentions were conducted by Sijin officers in a sector known as Shang\u00e1i in a small town denominated La Bocana. The first case is a 33 old male accused of raping his 13 year old stepdaughter and wanted by the 5<sup>th<\/sup> criminal court with supervisory functions \u00a0(juzgado 5 de control de garant\u00edas) for a sexual offense with a minor under 14.<\/p>\n<p>The second case is a person who was also arrested in the same area.
