He was found guilty of money laundering and illicit gains offenses.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation conducted by the National Prosecutor\u00b4s Office specialized in Antinarcotics and Money Laundering (Direcci\u00f3n de Fiscal\u00eda Nacional Especializada Antinarc\u00f3ticos y Lavado de Activos) proved defendant\u00b4s criminal liability.
