Postdoctoral studies at the University of Frankfurt. He was a visiting researcher at the University of Cologne, the University of Rostock (Germany) and <em>the University of Cambridge <\/em>(England).<\/p>\n<p>He has been investigator and teacher of criminal law for undergraduate and graduate courses at <em>Universidad Externado <\/em>for 18 years. He has worked as an adviser for public and private institutions. Among his recognized publications in German are: \u201cDas Begehen dur Unterlassen im positiven Recht\u201d, \u201cGarantenpflichten Aus Vertrautheit\u201d and \u201cDie Duldungspflicht im rechtfertigenden Notstand.<\/p>\n<p>He worked as Deputy Attorney General and vice minister (Viceministro de Pol\u00edtica Criminal y Justicia Restaurativa) at the Ministry of Justice where he led outstanding projects such as the Justice and Peace Law and the Legal Framework for Peace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Tuesday, lawyer Jorge Fernando Perdomo Torres was appointed Interim Attorney General before the Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos Calder\u00f3n.
