People involved are Nicol\u00e1s Rodr\u00edguez Bautista, alias Gabino; Israel Ram\u00edrez Pineda, alias Pablo Beltr\u00e1n; Eli\u00e9cer Erlinton Chamorro, alias Antonio Garc\u00eda; Rafael Sierra Granados, alias Ramiro Vargas, and Gustavo An\u00edbal Giraldo Quinch\u00eda, alias Pablito.<\/p>\n<p>Interim Attorney General stated \u201cwe are reconstructing the ELN\u00b4s origin, evolution, expansion, policies and strategies, structures and people responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the framework of the internal armed conflict; crimes generated from the systematic consolidation of macro-criminality patterns of genocide or murders of women, forced recruitment, kidnapping, murder, gender-based violence, forced displacement, use of illegal war means and methods across national territory.
