The public servant was sentenced to 28 months in prison for embezzlement.<\/p>\n<p>The above mentioned person was in charge of supervising a contract entered into by the Social Development Department (<em>Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social<\/em>) and <em>Fundaci\u00f3n Colombia <\/em>to the value of 17 million pesos.
