According to the investigation, the victims who were buried in <em>San Rafael de Chucur\u00ed, Macaravita, Cimitarra <\/em>and<em> Play\u00f3n (Santander); in Santa Rosa del Sur <\/em>and<em> Cimit\u00ed<\/em> (Bol\u00edvar), Departments of Guaviare and Caquet\u00e1 were murdered and disappeared by militiamen and guerrilla members.<\/p>\n<p>The victims were identified as: Armando Mart\u00ednez Torres, Ana Teresa Vaca Daza, Juan de Jes\u00fas Vergara Garc\u00eda, Nelson de Jes\u00fas Vergara Bernal, Emel Antonio G\u00f3mez Ricardo, Jaime Orlando Caballero L\u00f3pez, Miguel \u00c1ngel Pacheco Iglesias, Juan Carlos Esteban Quintero, Juan de Dios Pab\u00f3n Guerrero, Ignacio Amaya Garc\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Alonso Vegara Bernal, Jos\u00e9 de Jes\u00fas Nore\u00f1a Pe\u00f1aloza, F\u00e9lix Antonio Cepeda Hern\u00e1ndez, Jos\u00e9 Graciano Renter\u00eda and Jose Antonio Ortiz Corredor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Transitional Justice National Directorate handed over 16 human remains of victims of violence to their relatives at San Carlos Hotel premises in Barrancabermeja (Santander).
