If this process is reverted, we must revert the budget increase at the Office of the Attorney General\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Offices Montealegre further emphasized that as a result of the modernization process 10 679 workers were benefited from salary leveling and economic improvements. If this institution\u00b4s restructuring is reverted more than 10000 upgrades approved by Government would be affected which is completely untenable and impossible in terms of protecting workers\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, he added that this year National Government invested in the Office of the Attorney General more than 180 000 million pesos, which corresponds to 60 percent of the budget, approved for year 2014 for salary leveling.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, he emphasized that the restructuring process was carried out thinking about issues such as public order and public safety in the regions and therefore &#8220;professional positions for the judicial police raised by 93 %, from 65 to 933 positions. The country cannot lose the opportunity of the creation of more than 900 positions for judicial police professionals in order to continue with the Attorney General\u2019s Office modernization process.<\/p>\n<p>Senior officer concluded stating, \u201cin terms of training, we can say that one of the most important improvements in our country in recent years is the creation of the public university.\u00a0 National Government in accordance with the Office of the Attorney General and based on the powers granted by Congress created the University.
