This person was in possession of 350 gallons of gasoline coming from Venezuela.<\/p>\n<p>A second proceeding was conducted in El Carmen neighborhood in which Ch\u00e1vez Bonilla was also arrested in flagrant. This person was in possession of 55 gallons of gasoline coming from Venezuela that he was commercializing in Bosconia (Cesar). During supervisory hearings \u201ccontrol de garant\u00edas\u201d the home searches and arrests were legalized. However, the judge considered that preventive detention orders were not appropriate since they did not have previous criminal records.
