He is currently under home detention.<\/p>\n<p>During a public hearing, the court in the second instance considered that the decision of the 33<sup>rd<\/sup> municipal criminal judge in Bogot\u00e1, with supervisory functions (control de garant\u00edas) is consistent with her acting on last April 1.
