The defendant was arrested in flagrant when he was trying to hide 44 kilos of marihuana and 500 grams of cocaine in the henhouse of the farm.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assets Forfeiture: in spanish <em>Extinci\u00f3n de Dominio . <\/em>A constitutional\u00a0 action to take control of illegally acquired properties.
