{"id":33590,"date":"2014-07-01T11:01:02","date_gmt":"2014-07-01T16:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=33590"},"modified":"2014-07-11T17:20:16","modified_gmt":"2014-07-11T22:20:16","slug":"preventive-detention-orders-were-issued-concerning-three-murders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2014\/07\/01\/preventive-detention-orders-were-issued-concerning-three-murders\/","title":{"rendered":"Preventive detention orders were issued concerning three murders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 35 Municipal Criminal Court in Medellin, with supervisory functions, issued a preventive detention order against a 23 years old male, Oscar David Arroyave Isaza, an Army soldier and a 19 years old male Fabi\u00e1n Steven Silva Zorrilla, for the offense of \u00a0aggravated murder and illegal possession of firearms (aggravated).<\/p>\n<p>It is believed that Arroyave Isaza and Silva Zorrilla, alleged members of the criminal gang\u00a0 Las Pe\u00f1itas, murdered Yeison Wbeimar Henao Vargas, Jos\u00e9 Bernardo Rueda Sep\u00falveda and a minor as a result of \u00a0power struggles between criminal gangs from the so-called Comuna Trece, a neighborhood in the city of Medell\u00edn. \u00a0The facts occurred on April 29, 2014 at a farm called Santropel at the country side division \u201cLa Loma\u201d.
