He would be the alleged responsible for an armed attack which caused the death of one person and injured another one in the eastern area of the capital.<\/p>\n<p>The facts under investigation occurred at the neighborhood so called <em>Barrio Popular 1<\/em> on April 4, 2009, when alias Yeiner, apparently shot from a taxi and killed the 25 years old young male, Phanor Ramirez Calderon, and wounded Andr\u00e9s Felipe Ruiz Garc\u00eda in his leg.
