{"id":31834,"date":"2013-09-23T12:16:58","date_gmt":"2013-09-23T17:16:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=31834"},"modified":"2013-09-24T14:43:10","modified_gmt":"2013-09-24T19:43:10","slug":"insured-suspected-of-auc-excommander-for-dagua%c2%b4s-massacre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2013\/09\/23\/insured-suspected-of-auc-excommander-for-dagua%c2%b4s-massacre\/","title":{"rendered":"Insured suspected of AUC excommander  for Dagua\u00b4s massacre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Cali Special Third Prosecutor affected with security measures custodial \u00a0Jesus Vasquez Simanca, alias Henry, alleged former commander of the \u00a0(AUC), for his alleged involvement in the \u00a0eight people murder, occurred in Dagua (Valle del Cauca) on march 2013.<\/p>\n<p>According to the investigation, victims, local people (farmers), were subjugated to force and taken to a farm in the Borrero Ayerbe village, where they were tortured, forced to dig their graves, and then murdered.<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecution, the bodies were buried in several individual and mass graves. Six bodies were identified and two are unidentified.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the technical investigation body (CTI) captured on 14 September last in Apartad\u00f3 (Antioquia), alias Henry, once the Prosecutor\u00b4s case, deliver the order respective.<\/p>\n<p>After listening Vasquez Simanca inquiry, the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office issued the measure for the crimes of forced disappearance, torture, aggravated homicide, manufacture, firearms trafficking or carrying and conspiracy to commit a crime.
