This discretion coincides with the Attorney, who explained that it is not of the same facts, such as the letter of accusation puts it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">The decision of 34 judge of Bogot\u00e1 circuit was supported by the victims defense, the IDU and the Comptroller General of the Republic, as the Public Ministry representative.
