{"id":31665,"date":"2013-06-05T16:13:31","date_gmt":"2013-06-05T21:13:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=31665"},"modified":"2013-06-06T15:09:11","modified_gmt":"2013-06-06T20:09:11","slug":"individuals-ordered-detained-pending-trial-on-drug-and-fuel-smuggling-charges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2013\/06\/05\/individuals-ordered-detained-pending-trial-on-drug-and-fuel-smuggling-charges\/","title":{"rendered":"Individuals Ordered Detained Pending Trial on Drug and Fuel Smuggling Charges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three individuals were ordered detained by First Penal Municipal Judge, acting as supervising Judge, in Tumaco (Nari\u00f1o), while they await trial on narcotics charges.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, V\u00edctor Alfonso Arroyo Angulo, Antonio Mina Gamboa and Orlando Moreno Salas were caught in flagrante delicto by members of the Technical Investigation Team (CTI) of the Office of the Attorney General of Colombia, officers of the Sub Directorate of Judicial Police and Investigation of Colombia (SIJIN) in Nari\u00f1o Department and officers of the Colombia Navy, when they were transporting, in a speedboat, 400 kilos of cocaine hydrochloride and 340 gallons of hydrocarbon from Ecuador.<\/p>\n<p>In preliminary hearings, captures and material evidence were legitimized by judge.
