{"id":31438,"date":"2013-03-22T16:26:06","date_gmt":"2013-03-22T21:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=31438"},"modified":"2013-04-01T14:33:57","modified_gmt":"2013-04-01T19:33:57","slug":"22-years-in-prison-for-homicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2013\/03\/22\/22-years-in-prison-for-homicide\/","title":{"rendered":"22 years in prison for homicide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 36<sup>th<\/sup> Criminal Judge of the circuit of Bogot\u00e1 sentenced Alfonso Delgadillo Murcia to 20 years and 10 months in prison\u00a0 for the crime of homicide.<\/p>\n<p>During the hearing, the Prosecutor in charge of\u00a0 the case said that Delgadillo Murcia was accomplice\u00a0 in the events that occurred on november 18th, 2012 in a public establishment at\u00a0 24<sup>th<\/sup> avenue,\u00a0 at 48th street\u00a0 in the south of Bogota, where Julio Edgar M\u00e9ndez M\u00e9ndez\u00a0 was shot in the head.<\/p>\n<p>After the commission of the crime, the author escaped in a vehicle where the accused was expecting him. Some minutes later, they were arrested. The investigation allowed to establish that Delgadillo Murcia had become friend of the victim few days earlier in order\u00a0 to facilitate the crime.
