Committal to trial to Luis Hernando G\u00f3mez Bustamante, alias \u2018Rasgu\u00f1o\u2019 (scratch) has been confirmed by the delegated Prosecutor\u00b4s Office before the Superior Court in Bogot\u00e1 for the alleged commission of crimes such as private individual illicit enrichment and money laundering.<\/p>\n
The decision was taken since Gomez Bustamante\u2019s defense had appealed the resolution which brought charges of the case that a prosecutor assigned to the National Unit against Narcotics and Maritime Interdiction (Unaim) had taken on November 26, 2010.<\/p>\n
The determination indicates that the judicial action is not expired and there are not grounds for trial annulment, as requested by the Gomez\u2019s defense.<\/p>\n
