{"id":21366,"date":"2012-10-24T13:37:12","date_gmt":"2012-10-24T18:37:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=21366"},"modified":"2012-10-25T15:10:06","modified_gmt":"2012-10-25T20:10:06","slug":"a-paramilitary-member-was-found-guilty-of-kidnapping-and-displacement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2012\/10\/24\/a-paramilitary-member-was-found-guilty-of-kidnapping-and-displacement\/","title":{"rendered":"A paramilitary member was found guilty of kidnapping and displacement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After endorsing the plea bargain procedure held between the parties, Alberto Garc\u00eda Sevilla, alias M\u00f3vil Nueve, has been sentenced to 23 years and 3 months imprisonment by the Attached Specialized Criminal Court of the Circuit of Quibd\u00f3 for the kidnapping of four peasants and forced displacement of many peasants in Riosucio (Choc\u00f3).<\/p>\n<p>On June 6, 2003, an armed command of the &#8220;\u00c9lmer C\u00e1rdenas&#8221; block of the AUC made an incursion into the village Nueva Esperanza of the aforementioned town and took, by force, Juan Francisco Pacheco Martinez, Deivis Jim\u00e9nez D\u00edaz, Lisandro Mart\u00ednez and Cristobal Blandon Borja, who were several days in the hands of illegal individuals.
