{"id":21347,"date":"2012-10-01T10:03:17","date_gmt":"2012-10-01T15:03:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=21347"},"modified":"2012-10-23T14:55:51","modified_gmt":"2012-10-23T19:55:51","slug":"ramon-isaza-arangos-son-has-been-remanded-in-custody","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2012\/10\/01\/ramon-isaza-arangos-son-has-been-remanded-in-custody\/","title":{"rendered":"Ram\u00f3n Isaza Arango\u2019s son has been remanded in custody"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ovidio Isaza G\u00f3mez, alias Roque, son of Ram\u00f3n Isaza Arango, former leader of illegal armed groups has been remanded in custody by the 32 Criminal Municipal Judge in Bogot\u00e1, acting as Supervisory Judge, who in advance has legitimated the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office\u2019s request.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor in charge of the case, attached to the National Anti-Narcotics Unit and Maritime Interdiction, laid charges against Isaza G\u00f3mez for the crimes of trafficking, manufacture and transport of ammunition and explosives for exclusive use of the military forces and illegal use of uniforms and badges.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor during public hearing said that Isaza G\u00f3mez was the head of a criminal organization on the Magdalena Medio and he was caught by anti-narcotics police in the farm \u201cCabo Tiburon\u201d located in the municipality of Puerto Triunfo (Antioquia).
