In accordance with the investigation laid down in 11 Prosecutor\u2019s Office \u2013 National Unit for Disappearance and Forced Displacement, facts happened in March 2001, when guerrilla members arrived in Mr. \u00d3scar Mario Cifuentes Giraldo\u2019s farm, located in Florencia de Saman\u00e1 Village (Caldas), and after intimidated him, he was tied and taken out from his house.<\/p>\n
Subsequently, homicide responsibility of the current convicted persons was established in the course of statement procedures.<\/p>\n
At present, alias Fuego Verde (Green Fire) and alias Karina are serving 40 years of imprisonment each, for Montebonito massacre perpetrated in March 2006 in Marulanda (Caldas).\u00a0 Mosquera Garcia also served 33 years of imprisonment for Arboleda (Caldas) storming in July 2000.<\/p>\n
