However, the pension request was submitted, was processed and was retroactively granted, and several monthly allowances were paid, altogether 65 million Colombian pesos.<\/p>\n<p>The Prosecutor in charge of the case attached to the Unit for Offences against Public Administration in this city, supported by Judicial Police, find out that Ortiz Qui\u00f1\u00f3nez was part of an investigated group of individuals, lawyers and former officials of \u201cISS\u201d for pensions fraud above 1.8 billion Colombian pesos.<\/p>\n<p>At the hearing, the Prosecutor said that Qui\u00f1onez Ortiz is responsible for the offenses of embezzlement, procedural fraud, use of forged official document and forgery in private document. He has been also sentenced to a fine of $51.383.270, 25 and no benefits have been granted.<\/p>\n<p>Qui\u00f1onez Ortiz will served 114 months in Villahermosa prison in Cali.
