By request of the prosecutor number nine assigned to the National Unit fighting against Terrorism, the 27 Municipal Judge in Bogot\u00e1, acting as Supervisory Judge,\u00a0 pronounced arrests legalization to an alleged responsible for the terrorist attack against former Home Minister Fernando Londo\u00f1o Hoyos.<\/p>\n
During a private hearing and before the 27 Municipal Penal Judge appeared the following suspects:\u00a0 Ulises Castellanos Beltr\u00e1n, alias Ap\u00fa, leader of the gang, C\u00e9sar Augusto Ram\u00edrez G\u00f3mez, alias Bigotes (Moustaches), Nelson Eduardo Aguirre Casta\u00f1eda, alias Chapul\u00edn and Fernando Collazos Aguirre, alias Fif\u00ed, who were pointed out by the Prosecutor number nine for his allegedly responsability in facts happened on May 15, 2012, when a Lapa bomb was exploded on a motor vehicle used by the former minister Londo\u00f1o Hoyos and his bodyguards on 74 street and Caracas Avenue.<\/p>\n
The explosion\u00a0 caused the death of the driver Jos\u00e9 Ricardo Ram\u00edrez Rodr\u00edguez and the National Police bodyguard Rosemberg Burbano Ramos. Also, former minister and another 74 persons were wounded.<\/p>\n
During the accusation hearing the prosecutor will bring charges against defendants for the offenses of aggravated homicide, attempt of aggravate homicide, criminal association, terrorism, the use of minors in order to commite crimes, dealing, maufacturing and possesion of firearms and explosives, as well as, trafficking, manufacture and possesion of narcotics drugs.<\/p>\n
