Ismael Arias Fl\u00f3rez, 48 years old was remanded in custody ruled by the Second Municipal Penal Judge in Pereira, acting as Supervisory Judge, as alleged responsible for\u00a0 the offence of sexual abuse with a minor of 14 years, in conjunction with violent intercourse with a minor of 14 years old.<\/p>\n
The Attorney General Office during its investigation concluded that facts happened in the capital of Risaralda department and Cali (Valle del Cauca) between 2006 and 2009, the current defendant allegedly lived with a girl of 11 years old as a couple. The girl was persuaded by Arias Fl\u00f3rez to leave her home.<\/p>\n
Authorities established that the minor was physical assault and verbal abuse, and regularly she was sexual abuse by the current defendant.<\/p>\n
Last Saturday, the accused was apprehended by a Police officer during an entry checking procedure when he was going in to visit an inmate in \u201cLa 40\u201d. This action was taken by prison authorities when they became aware of a valid warrant of arrest against Arias Florez.<\/p>\n
At the end of the accusation hearing, Arias Florez was not agreed to\u00a0accept the charges presented by 36 Sectional Prosecutor and he was transferred to the above mentioned prison.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
