Andr\u00e9s Mauricio Castro Ram\u00edrez has been house arrested by order of\u00a0 the 43 Municipal Penal Judge en Bogot\u00e1, acting as supervisory judge, based on the charges brought by\u00a0 Attorney General Office for “eventually willful homicide and personal injures”.<\/p>\n
The 279 prosecutor in URI(Units of Immediate Reaction) Paloquemao area in Bogot\u00e1, affirmed that Castro Ram\u00edrez is allegedly responsible for Nelson Enrique Pinz\u00f3n Pinilla and Jaison Andr\u00e9s Morales Rivera homicide, who were run over by a motor vehicle under the license plate BGA 777 driven by the defendant.<\/p>\n
In accordance with the judicial official, the defendant was driving his motor vehicle over 80 km per hour, no lights on and his blood alcohol level was two grade.<\/p>\n
The fact happened on the 24 x 57 streets, in front of Soccer Stadium “El Camp\u00edn”, where\u00a0 \u00c9dgar Badillo, a young man ,was also injured in the same car accident while he was waiting for an autobus to go to Medell\u00edn, Antioquia to watch a soccer play.<\/p>\n
In his decision, the supervisory judge took in consideration that the defendant should be arrested in home in order to serve the measure because this individual has no registered\u00a0 any background, any traffic penalties and he has a fixed dwelling.<\/p>\n
At the end of the accusation hearing , Castro Ram\u00edrez, 31 years old, was not agreed to accept the charges.<\/p>\n
