Today, 367 Sectional Prosecutor assigned to the Unit of Sexual Offenses acussed before 35 Circuit Penal Judge in Bogot\u00e1, acting as Presiding Judge, to Javier Velasco Valenzuela as alleged responsible of sexual offenses against his daugthers.<\/p>\n
Charges was brought\u00a0 in to the proceedings against Velasco Valenzuela for the facts happened on August 15, 2007, whose\u00a0 victim was his daugther, three years old. In this case, the Attorney General Office accused him to allegedly committ the offense of aggravated violent sexual intercourse\u00a0 in conjunction with incest.<\/p>\n
Likewise, the Attorney General Office accused this individual as allegedly responsible for violent sexual intercourse in conjunction with continuouisly aggravated sexual intercourse and incest.<\/p>\n
The prosecutor pointed out that Velasco Valenzuela physically and psychologycally\u00a0 mistreat his wife, 37 years old and filled with fear\u00a0 to their daughters as well. As a result, the prosecutor accused him to have allegedly committed the offense\u00a0 of domestic violence.<\/p>\n
The Presiding Judge set the date of preparation hearing for oral proceedings, next September 18. Velasco Valenzuela also confront another proceeding for allegedly rape and hit a sexual worker.<\/p>\n
