{"id":20684,"date":"2012-08-10T07:57:37","date_gmt":"2012-08-10T12:57:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/?p=20684"},"modified":"2012-08-22T17:15:52","modified_gmt":"2012-08-22T22:15:52","slug":"nine-members-of-los-rastrojos-gang-were-sentenced","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fiscalia.gov.co\/colombia\/en\/2012\/08\/10\/nine-members-of-los-rastrojos-gang-were-sentenced\/","title":{"rendered":"Nine members of \u201cLos Rastrojos\u201d gang were sentenced"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Second Special Penal Circuit Judge Attached to Antioquia pronounced full validation of evidences produced by the Attorney General Office and convicted to nine members of the \u201cLos Rastrojos\u201d gang who committed crimes to the northeast of Antioquia.<\/p>\n<p>Jadison Andr\u00e9s Usme Ciro, alias El\u00edas, Eduardo Bet\u00edn Lucas, alias Moncholo, John Alex\u00e1nder Novoa Mu\u00f1et\u00f3n, alias Yordany, Nelson de Jes\u00fas Prisco Saldarriaga, alias Julio Pipa, y Carlos Andr\u00e9s Bedoya, alias Leche were sentenced for the offences of Criminal Association Aggravated and, as ringleaders of the said group, will serve six years of imprisonment each.<\/p>\n<p>Jaime Alex\u00e1nder Miranda Rodr\u00edguez, alias Mono James, Juan Stiven Giraldo Palacio, alias Juan, y Juan Pablo Henao Carvajal, alias Plan B. were convicted to four years of imprisonment as police officer.<\/p>\n<p>Also, Raul Duvalier Montes Urzola who was Police Inspector in Machuca area, Segovia municipality (Antioquia) until December 31<sup>st<\/sup>, 2011 was sentenced to five years and three months of imprisonment by the official.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators established that the individual provided information to criminals in order to avoid the arrest.
