A Preventive Detention without releasing benefit was issued by a prosecutor from the National Unit of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law against John Jairo Mu\u00f1oz Serna, also known as Foxter or The Black, who was ex-member of \u201cMetro Block\u201d from self-defense groups for his alleged involvement in the murder of the teacher Mrs. Yaneth Ibarg\u00fcen Roma\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
On January 19, 2002, the teacher was gotten off from a motor vehicle and then shot in the district El Choc\u00f3\/Cocorn\u00e1 municipality (Antioquia) by members of the above mentioned illegal armed group that pointed out her as helper of guerrilla.<\/p>\n
Agents from Technical Corps of Investigation \u201cCTI\u201d arrested Mu\u00f1oz Serna in the municipality of Distracci\u00f3n (Guajira) who was preventive detained as alleged co-perpetrator for homicide of a protected person and criminal association.<\/p>\n
